I am currently accepting new clients. However, if you are a new client I ask that you email me prior to booking so I can get to know you and your situation a bit better. My practice is based on my property and I take my own security and safety quite seriously. Just as I do treat your safety and security as a top priority while in my space. Thank you for your consideration.

I provide direct billing to most extended health providers. Please bring any relevant information with you to your first appointment.

For any new clients please be aware that my treatment room and workspace are wheelchair accessible. However, at this time, my washroom is not accessible.

I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2014. My approach to treatment has been going in a more holistic direction over the course of my career. My treatment techniques may include a combination of Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Joint Mobilization, Active and Passive Stretching. However, I find that my treatment style is more focused on what will feel good for each individual’s body.

I have taken additional courses in the science of pain management and pregnancy massage.
